Underclassmen have until January 18 to file; the official list will be released by the NFL on January 22.
There were 74 players who left early last year, which was way down from the record 98 who declared for the 2014 draft. There were 73 in the 2013 draft, 65 in 2012, 56 in 2011, 53 in 2010 and 46 in 2009.
Here’s a look at the SEC underclassmen who likely are at least thinking about leaving. In almost every case, the player would be best-served by staying in school. At the same time, a big reason for attending college is setting yourself up for a solid future, and a handful of these guys are ready for the NFL.
