Mississippi State head football coach Dan Mullen has yet another opening on his staff. ESPN reported on Thursday that MSU cornerbacks coach Deshea Townsend is leaving the Bulldogs for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans.

Townsend becomes the latest member of Mullen’s staff to depart Mississippi State in what has been an offseason of change. Last month, safeties coach and recruiting coordinator Tony Hughes left to become the head coach at Jackson State. Manny Diaz then changed defensive coordinator jobs, going from MSU to Miami.

The adjustments began in December when head strength coach Rick Court left the Bulldogs for the same position at Maryland.
