Mississippi State senior quarterback Dak Prescott earned a spot on The Associated Press All-Southeastern Conference first team while junior wide receiver Fred Ross was placed on the second team on Monday.
Prescott and Ross were both first team selections to the All-SEC team selected by the coaches last week.
Prescott completed 66.9 percent of his passes for 3,413 yards, 25 touchdowns and four interceptions while adding 541 yards and 10 more scores on the ground.
It is the second straight year the 6-foot-2, 230-pounder from Haughton, La., to be named a first team All-SEC selection.
