Mississippi State senior quarterback Dak Prescott was recognized for three national awards following his performance against Louisiana Tech last week.
Prescott was named the Senior Bowl Offensive Player of the Week, a Manning Star of the Week and a Davey O’Brien Award top peformer.
The 6-foot-2, 230-pounder from Haughton, La., completed 30 of 43 passes for 347 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions while also leading the Bulldogs with 34 yards and another score on the ground.
For the season, Prescott has completed 65.8 percent of his passes for 1,700 yards and 11 touchdowns and added 254 rushing yards and four scores.
