STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Mississippi State football team is headed to Oxford, Mississippi, to battle it out with rival Ole Miss in the annual Egg Bowl. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. CT.
The Rebels enter the week ranked 13th in the Southeastern Conference in field goals made, eighth in net punting, 10th in kickoff returns and last in punt returns.
Senior kicker Luke Logan has made three out of his five field goal attempts. Both of his misses have been 42-yard attempts. In his career, he has never hit on a field goal from longer than 41 yards out.
