Mississippi State’s thin frontcourt got thinner this week with the announcement that sophomore forward Fallou Ndoye intends to transfer.
Head coach Ben Howland met with Ndoye on Monday and announced his transfer following the Bulldogs’ 93-69 win over Northern Colorado in Jackson on Wednesday night.
“I have nothing but good things to say about Fallou,” Howland said. “He’s a great kid and his teammates love him. I just think this is a good move for him because this level is not one where he’s going to get a lot of minutes. I think playing at a lower Division I will give him an opportunity to do that.
