Mississippi State will take on Iowa State and Oklahoma State as part of the Big 12/SEC Women’s Basketball Challenge in 2016 and 2017.
The Bulldogs will travel to Iowa State in 2016 and Oklahoma State will travel to Starkville the following year. The 2016 game will take place between Dec. 1-4. The specific date and television coverage will be announced at a later time.
MSU has met Iowa State only once with the Cyclones claiming an 87-74 victory in the 2001 Coaches vs. Cancer game in Ames, Iowa. Oklahoma State also won its only meeting against the Bulldogs 78-71 as part of the 2011 Peppermill Holiday Classic in Reno, Nev.
