It’s primary day in the state of Mississippi to vote for the Republican and Democratic nominations for president. And we’ve got some MSU news as always….and we’ll incorporate the primaries into them for fun.
Women’s Basketball
The Lady Bulldogs were unable to win the SEC Tournament (because South Carolina is really, really good). But on Monday Victoria Vivians won the Gillom Trophy for the best player in the state of Mississippi. Two years, two Gillom trophies for her.
Victoria Vivians is sitting at 1,072 points in two years which is already 19th in school history.
