Continuing his tear on the recruiting trail, Mississippi State coach Ben Howland announced Thursday the signing of Aric Holman, a four-star standout from the state of Kentucky.
The addition of Holman bolsters the 2015 MSU recruiting class, as he joins three-star power forward Joseph Strugg, four-star wing Quinndary Weatherspoon and the nation’s top guard in Malik Newman. Holman and Newman have both joined the Bulldog program since Howland was introduced as head coach nearly two months ago.
Howland has now secured a Top 20 recruiting class for 2015 with Holman’s signing, according to ESPN, 247Sports and Scout.
