Mississippi State won Game 2 vs. LSU for their first series win over the Tigers since 2006.
The LSU Tigers have been a thorn in the Bulldogs’ side for a long while. Not only does State have trouble with LSU on the gridiron, but the diamond as well. In what has always been viewed by both fanbases as one of the biggest series of the year, MSU finally wins the series for the first time in a decade.
State was ranked #1 in the nation the last time they beat LSU in a series. And they have a chance for the sweep this year.
