The 2018 recruiting class continues to grow for Dan Mullen and Mississippi State.
Tyrese Ross announced his pledge to Mullen and the staff on Friday:
Ross, a 6-foot and 180 pound defensive back from Georgia, is rated a three-star defensive back by 247Sports. Programs such as Virginia Tech, West Virginia, and UCLA extended an offer to the talented DB. However, Ross ultimately decided Mississippi State was the school for him.
Recently hired safety coach Ron English is listed as Ross’ primary recruiter. English was previously the head coach at Eastern Michigan. He looks to help revamp the Bulldogs’ secondary this fall.
