First it was Dak Prescott. Not it’s Malcolm Johnson. And it looks like there’s going to be more billboards on the way.
Mississippi State’s athletic department intends to honor and recognize former football players from Mississippi State that have made it to the NFL. At first I, and several others, thought it would only be for Dak Prescott because of his legacy at Mississippi State and the fact that he was starting for the Cowboys. But this marketing campaign continues to be a brilliant way for the university to share its brand across the nation.
