The Mississippi State baseball team just fell short. The MSU Bulldogs lost in frustrating fashion against the Oregon State Beavers. Now, MSU is simultaneously one win away from going on to the College World Series finals and coming back to Starkville.
MSU now has to find a way to bounce back against Oregon State. If the Bulldogs want to continue playing baseball this season and to contend for a national title, Mississippi State must win here against the Beavers.
That’s easier said than done against a team as good as Oregon State. The Beavers are a national title contender and were expected to be here at this point in the College World Series.
