Mississippi State Football Spring Position Previews: Wide Receiver

Mississippi State football has been good at a lot of things in the past few years. Dan Mullen churned out a phenomenal quarterback in Dak Prescott. The Bulldogs have had success with several running backs in Mullen’s time in Starkville. MSU has put several members of its defense in the NFL to stay.

But, one thing that Mississippi State football struggled with was consistency at wide receiver.

The Bulldogs had a few good ones, De’Runnya Wilson, Jameon Lewis, Fred Ross, and Chad Bumphis, to name only a few. However, MSU never seemed to find consistency over the entirety of Dan Mullen’s Mississippi State career at the receiver position.
