One quote that went overlooked from Joe Moorhead’s press conference earlier this week came after he was questioned as to why the Mississippi State football team seemed to be avoiding giving the ball to the running backs against Florida and Kentucky.
When asked about it, Moorhead responded, saying: “We are examining more and more ways to make sure that when we call a run, it gets put in the running back’s stomach and he runs it as opposed to either a quarterback run or a pull and a throw.”
This is from Monday. During this press conference, Moorhead addressed a multitude of complaints that Mississippi State football fans have had about the offense.
