Jordan Anderson is apart of Andy Cannizaro’s first signing class at Mississippi State. Anderson was one of the more sought after recruits in the nation. He decided to turn the MLB down and play for Cannizaro in Starkville.

“My parents and family are really educationally based and knowing that MSU has a great Kinesiology school there with a great SEC baseball presence, it was a no brainer.
“I still got calls throughout the draft and if there was something that was mutual we could agree on I would have considered it but we stuck with our number.
