Welcome to a beautiful afternoon for baseball on the campus of the nation’s No. 15 team Mississippi State. The Diamond Dogs will be going for the sweep against Georgia today. MSU’s other 15th-ranked team lost to No. 1 UConn 98-38 in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament earlier today. On the diamond, State is wearing maroon hats with white uniforms while UGA is clad with black hats, black jerseys and grey uniforms.
