It finally happened for Hunter Renfroe. It took a while, but it finally happened. Hunter Renfroe has now been called up by the San Diego Padres.

Calling Renfroe up at this point is clearly a move to help the Padres build for the future, as they are 4th in the NL West and have a record of 63-87.
