Former Miss St DB Jahmere Irvin-Sills transferring to FCS

The news of college football players transferring schools seems to come more and more often nowadays. The latest to announce his transfer is a former standout with the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

According to College Football Talk, Jahmere Irvin-Sills will be transferring out of the FBS and to the FCS program North Dakota. This decision comes after he spent the last two seasons with the Bulldogs.

Because he is transferring out of the FBS, he will be eligible to play immediately for North Dakota. He will also have three years of eligibility starting this season.

“Jahmere will be with us for fall camp and we expect him to compete for playing time right away and contribute to the 2015 season,” UND head coach Bubba Schweigert said in a statement.
