Very few people believed former Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott could have the type of rookie season put forth for the Dallas Cowboys in 2016. His college coach, Dan Mullen, might have been one of his few believers.
Mullen was asked about his former standout pupil by Bo Mattingly at the SEC spring meetings in Destin this week. He said the sky was the limit for Prescott coming out of high school, but needed to develop.

“When we signed him, I knew he was a guy that had an unbelievable work ethic and unbelievable leadership,” Mullen said.
