ESPN announced Wednesday that Prescott would be one of the players on Gruden’s QB Camp show.
“Prescott is perhaps the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback this year,” Gruden said in the release announcing the participants. “He can hurt you running or passing. He’s done it in a very difficult conference, and he’s won at a place where a lot of quarterbacks haven’t.”
Gruden said team fit is important for Prescott “but he can play.”
Among the former SEC quarterbacks who have been featured on the show are Auburn’s Cam Newton, Florida’s Tim Tebow and Texas A&M’s Johnny Manziel.
