Sleep in due to Mississippi State’s open date this weekend because it’s going to be an early kickoff on Oct. 8 when the Bulldogs host Auburn.
Kickoff has been scheduled for 11 a.m. on SEC Network.
It is MSU’s second game in that time slot this year along with the season opener against South Alabama.
Auburn holds a 61-26-2 overall lead in the series and a 12-6-1 advantage in Starkville. The Bulldogs have won the last two meetings including last year’s 17-9 victory on the plains.
