2016 FBS Top 25: Andrew Norwood’s Week 3 Ballot

Many called the second week of the season to be a boring one with no upsets in the FBS Top 25. Everything was supposed to stay to the status quo. However, that did not turn out to be the case. Oklahoma State was surprisingly upset by Central Michigan by way of a hook and lateral. Arkansas defeated a hot TCU squad in enemy territory in Double Overtime.

Week two did not fail to disappoint, and week three looks to be full of even more great match ups. With this in mind, the FBS Top 25 will need to be updated to the latest numbers.
