2015 Belk Bowl Weather Forecast: Do We Need Ponchos?

So as we finally get into bowl week in Charlotte, NC, for the 2015 Belk Bowl, the question on everyone’s mind is whether or not it will rain. Well luckily for all of you, I have the answer here. With Bank of America Stadium having the NFL Clear Bag Policy, it’s important to pack smartly for this game. Kickoff for the 2015 Belk Bowl will be 3:30 PM EST (2:30 PM CST), so we will do a 4-hour prior forecast and run it like normal. I will give some extra time at the end for leaving the stadium because we all know how post-game traffic is.
