Four-star outside linebacker Willie Gay (Starkville, MS) announced that he has committed to the Mississippi State Bulldogs over LSU, Michigan and Ole Miss.
Gay took an official visit to Mississippi State on Jan. 13 and then to LSU on Jan. 20, but ultimately, no one was able to get him to leave Starkville.
The 6-foot-2, 225-pounder is ranked as the No. 3 outside linebacker and No. 73 overall prospect in the country, according to the 247sports Composite Rankings. Gay is the No. 2 prospect in the state of Mississippi.
