The Jackson (Miss.) Clarion-Ledger reported Wednesday that Lindsay Miller is suing Tunsil. The suit was filed Tuesday in Oxford, Miss., with Miller claiming Tunsil attacked him last June and defamed his character. Miller further claims these were an “intentional infliction of emotional distress” caused by Tunsil.
The two were involved in an altercation that led to police being called. Miller’s suit claims the altercation stemmed from an argument with Tunsil’s mother, Desiree Polingo, about Tunsil’s involvement with agents. Tunsil has said Miller physically attacked his mother. Miller further alleges that Tunsil defamed his character with his account of the incident to Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze.
