When Houston Nutt left the Ole Miss program in what many believed was beyond repair, all hope was lost. That hope was not lost, only stowed away and resurrected by native son Archie Manning

and the Ole Miss search committee.

When Archie said Hugh Freeze was going to be Ole Miss’ next head football coach, many scratched their heads. Those fans are no longer scratching their heads now.
