Player of the Week: A'ja Wilson, South Carolina
Wilson needed just 14 minutes against Alabama State to record her double-double and block three shots. She had a career-high 32 points at #15/13 Maryland to give her 32 career double-doubles. Wilson handed out three assists in the first quarter, helping teammates get into the flow of the game and was aggressive offensively when team needed her, twice converting free throws in the second quarter to stop Maryland momentum. Five of her six first-half rebounds were on the offensive end to help Gamecocks build 51-36 halftime lead.
