Tunsil’s stepfather pleads not guilty via letter to court

By John Davis, Oxford Citizen

Lindsey Miller, the stepfather of Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil, is no longer serving as his own counsel. He has also entered a plea of not guilty for both charges he is facing in Lafayette County Justice Court.

Matthew Wilson, a Starkville-based attorney hired to represent Miller, offered a few details on the case. A letter was sent to judge Mickey Avent stating the not guilty charges. Miller did not appear in court like he did in this past Friday in the order of protection case.

A trial date, for Miller, has been set for Sept.
