Less than 36 hours before being selected in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft, former Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil is now facing a lawsuit filed by his stepfather, Lindsay Miller.
The lawsuit was filed in the Lafayette County Circuit Court Tuesday, with Miller being listed as the plaintiff, Tunsil and John Does 1-50 being listed as defendants. Matthew Wilson, the Starkville-based lawyer representing Miller, would not comment directly about the case.
No trial date has been set. Circuit court proceedings in the county have already been carried out for this month.
