AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Tiger Woods has given himself a chance to win a 15th major championship.
After contending at both The Open and the PGA Championship last summer, Woods, 43, is in position to win the Masters for a fifth time after shooting 5-under-par 67 at Augusta National.
He trails Francesco Molinari, Europe's Ryder Cup hero, who won The Open last summer at Carnoustie playing with Woods in the final group. Molinari also won the Arnold Palmer Invitational last month.
Woods tied for sixth when Molinari was second to Brooks Koepka at the PGA.
