For the second week in a row, the Ole Miss Rebels narrowly squeaked out a win during the final ticks of the game. The Rebels went into Neyland Stadium at the University of Tennessee and came away with a 31-26 victory, but it did not come with ease. Despite a dominant first half performance by the Rebels, the Volunteers made a comeback during the second thirty and had a chance to take the lead and win the game with less than a minute left in the fourth quarter.
