Shea Patterson will transfer from Ole Miss to Michigan

Shea Patterson has announced that he will transfer from Ole Miss to Michigan after visiting Ann Arbor over the weekend. The move isn’t so unexpected as rumors soon bubbled up that Michigan was the leading contender to land Patterson after the standout quarterback signed a release letter in the days following the NCAA’s decision to issue Ole Miss another bowl ban for 2018.

He made the announcement on Twitter:

In two seasons and 10 games played for the Rebels, Patterson amassed 3,139 yards passing, 23 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He also racked up 153 rushing yards on 88 attempts and one rushing touchdown.
