The Ole Miss Men’s Basketball team looked to close out their regular season with a win against Texas A&M. Despite a heroic 21 point effort from guard Jaylen Murray, the Rebels were defeated 86-60 on Saturday, March 9 in Oxford. It was a sad end to the season on Senior Day.
First half:
The Rebels could not get anything going on the offensive side of the ball at the start of the match, going without a single basket for the first four minutes of the game. Finally, five minutes in, guard Matthew Murrell hit a three that gave the Rebels their first points of the day.
