Impermeable is what would be the best to describe Ole Miss football in the College Football Playoff.
Lane Kiffin's exit left the rest of the SEC shaken, but not Ole Miss. The Rebels roster was as strong as they came; Pete Golding just made it even more untouchable.
Everyone had their reservations about Golding as the head coach entering the College Football Playoff; every single one of those ended when Golding's squad once again crushed Tulane in a landslide 41-10 win on Saturday.
“I was just excited for them to put everything behind them, get back out on the grass, and do what they love to do,” Golding told the TNT broadcast crew on the sidelines post-win.
