NFL teams are always looking for “diamonds in the rough” and Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly could be a possibility. The Rebels standout has a believer in Fox Sports’ Joel Klatt.
The college and pro football analyst joined the ‘Jox Roundtable’ on WJOX-FM in Birmingham on Wednesday to talk about the upcoming NFL Scouting Combine. He was asked who he could see being “the next” Dak Prescott.
“Chad Kelly’s got the moxie to go in and think that he can play,” Klatt said. “That’s a big deal in the National Football League.
“Then two, he’s got a lot of ability and he’s an anticipatory thrower.
