After racing out to a 9-1-1 start to the season and scoring goals in bunches, the soccer team finished the season losing four of their last seven, with draws against Auburn and Mississippi State and a win over LSU. They then lost to Arkansas in the first round of the SEC tournament, placing them square on the bubble for an at-large bid to the NCAAs.
The team is 38th in the RPI, but they lack a signature win (their best win was at Memphis, 46th in the RPI). In their favor, however, they don’t have any bad losses.
