Ole Miss will play St. Joseph’s in a battle of undefeated teams in the Virgin Islands tonight. The Rebels won game one over Oral Roberts by a score of 95-88 in overtime on Friday.
Deandre Burnett tallied a career-high 41 points for Ole Miss in the win.
St. Joseph’s was able to defeat Loyola (Chicago) 71-57 in their first round matchup.
The Hawks are led in scoring by Shavar Newkirk (21.7 ppg) and Lamarr Kimble (20.3 ppg).
St. Joseph’s is coming off an NCAA Tournament appearance in which they reached the round of 32.
The Hawks are currently ranked 3rd in the RPI with the Rebels sitting at 18.
