The Rebels and Braves were both in Charleston last week for an early season mini-tourney, but they'll actually meet in Peoria, Ill. Saturday.
The Bradley Braves had a remarkably worse Charleston Classic basketball tournament than the Ole Miss Rebels. On the opening Thursday, Bradley fell hard against Virginia, 82-57. Then they lost to Seton Hall, 67-59. Then they lost to Towson, 62-60, which earned them dead last in the field of eight. The Rebs of course dropped their Sunday tussle with Seton Hall, 75-63, to finish the tournament in sixth place, so it's altogether fitting that two members from the Charleston Classic's losers bracket should meet again so soon.
