Because of ongoing construction on Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Ole Miss did not have a spring game. The Rebels concluded spring drills Saturday with a final practice in front of media, parents and “A-list” boosters.
Ole Miss certainly will look different at certain key positions, but this is not a rebuilding season for Hugh Freeze and the Rebels.
The biggest positive this spring: The development of the offensive skill-position players. Even with some questions about the offensive line, Ole Miss’ offense should still produce big numbers because of all the talent at quarterback, wide receiver and even running back.
