Ole Miss softball (3-1) was back in action Saturday in Orlando after coming off a 4-2 loss to Ohio State on Friday. The Rebels opened the tourney with a 3-0 season opening win over UCF on Thursday. Saturday the Rebels played two games against No.21 Minnesota and George Mason.
The Rebels were scheduled to play Ohio State on Sunday but the game was cancelled due to rain. With Saturday’s two wins the Rebels had a very good tourney finishing 3-1 for the weekend. The Rebels defeated No.21 Minnesota 3-1 and then shutout George Mason 8-0. Of course, we look at Saturday’s wins by the numbers.
