Ole Miss Softball drops final road series of season to Arkansas

In the final road series of the season for Ole Miss Softball, the Arkansas Razorbacks came out on top before sending the Rebels packing to finish out their season at home.

The Rebels, whose road record is now finalized at 6-10 going into their final home series, were outscored by a total of eight points in the weekend’s games.

Despite losing the series, the Rebels were defensively successful in Saturday’s game, in which starting pitcher Kaitlin Lee held the Razorbacks to three runs. Lee, who was recently selected by the Aussie Spirit in the NPF Draft, was a bright spot for the Rebels and struck out five Razorbacks in six innings on the mound.
