Ole Miss has now lost two commitments following Hugh Freeze’s resignation as Rebels coach.
Three-star cornerback Jaylin Williams shared Saturday on Twitter that he has decommitted from the school after “recent developments within the Ole Miss football program.”
“I’m very grateful for the many opportunities that have been given to me with respect to furthering my academic and football career,” Williams wrote. “But as many may know with all the options given to me that I chose Ole Miss because it gave my family the opportunity to see me grow!
“But based on recent developments within the Ole Miss football program, and with much consideration and a long talk with the Family Ive chosen to decommit from the University Of Mississippi, and I will be reopening my recruitment process!
