Ole Miss football has released an updated, but not comprehensive, list of non-conference and non-P5 opponents through 2025, and they finally confirmed for good that the Rebs will indeed face off with Texas Tech in Houston to begin the 2018 season. This will be the teams’ first such meeting since the 2009 Cotton Bowl, assuming the NCAA doesn’t send a nuclear strike into Oxford between now and then.
There are some fun names on the docket in the coming seven years, including New Mexico State, Georgia Tech, Tulane, and, uh, Memphis. Also, the ever pesky Citadel comes to Oxford in 2025, a surprisingly good program that’s gone deep into the FCS postseason the last few years.
