With the defensive top-heavy recruiting class Ole Miss football has reeled in so far in the 2018 recruiting class we didn’t see many offensive players. Only four of the fourteen were offensive players. One spot which we were looking forward to seeing filled was the empty spot at quarterback left blank because of a transfer.
We knew coach Matt Luke and staff would go after a great quarterback, however few of us imagined it would be an Army All-American. Of course, when Matt Corral flipped his commitment from Florida on December 14 it was certainly a welcomed surprise.
