Ole Miss football recruiting has gone surprisingly well in the opinion of many Rebel fans. The first day of July proved it with the verbal commitment from one of the leading JUCO running-backs in the nation.
Although Scott Phillips has yet to be officially ranked by Scout.com, he is a legit contender to lead the nation in rushing this fall at Jones County JC. His freshman year the 5’9″ 205 lb rushed for 1200 yards and 14 TDs.
