Coach Hugh Freeze and Ole Miss football have been recruiting hard. They’ve recruited across state lines especially hard. The Rebels would get their third commitment from the state of Alabama as they picked up a verbal commitment from Birmingham native Jonathan Hess.
Vestavia Hills HS standout Jonathan Hess has received over 20 DI offers from schools which include Syracuse, Memphis and Vandy. Rated a 3-star athlete by Scout.com, Hess has the ability to play numerous positions. Earlier this month Hess worked out with LBs at a Miss State camp. Although many had expected Hess to choose MSU should they offer, Hess chose Ole Miss.
