Saturday morning Ole Miss football (5-2, 1-2) will be facing yet another tough SEC opponent in the Auburn Tigers (4-3, 1-3). This is an important game for both teams and both still have a lot left to play for despite their circumstances and/or records. Auburn and Ole Miss will both be heading into bye weeks after the Saturday match-up and a win for either team would be huge.
This is a very similar situation for both teams yet the two teams are total opposites. Coach Gus Malzahn will see if his offense can finally get on track and if his defense can hold back Jordan Ta’amu and the fast-paced Phil Longo offense.
