Ole Miss football was in defensive turmoil last season. It became abundantly within the first few weeks of 2016 it was going to be a long year. It was. Giving up huge leads was more than many of us could handle. Especially when we knew the wheels had fallen off and it would only get worse. Of course, it did. We finished out our season 5-7 and with a 55-20 shellacking at the hands of our rivals from TSBU.
It was obvious to many of us associated with Ole Miss football, some defensive coaches had given up completely.
