Alabama’s Jalen Hurts can create problems with his legs and his arm, but Ole Miss interim coach Matt Luke says his biggest asset may be his football mind.
Luke praised the poise and composure of the Crimson Tide quarterback in his weekly news conference before the Rebels travel to Alabama for Saturday’s SEC West matchup.
“With Hurts, the biggest thing you see is just how calm he is back there. He doesn’t get rattled,” Luke said. “He almost looks like he’s effortless, making guys miss. Just how poised he is is very impressive for a guy that young.
